COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Ron Bridges, Brown Garrett, Tammy Bagwell, George Curtis and Bruce Larson STAFF PPRESENT: Russell Hawes , City Administrator, David Holmes , City Attorney, Judy Bishop, Chief Reece, Joe Carter, David Dyrhaug, and Melinda Zeller INVOCATION by Councilmember Curtis: CITIZEN COMMENTS : Council received comments from the public. Don Welch Ken Wood ADJOURNMENT . Motion by Councilmember Bagwell to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
