Charter Amphitheatre

 

The Charter Amphitheatre is the newest addition to the upstate's live entertainment landscape. Located at Heritage Park in Simpsonville (861 S.E. Main Street), this outdoor venue has hosted beloved musicians including Staind, Papa Roach, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Third Day, Jars of Clay, Shinedown, Huey Lewis and the News, the Zac Brown Band, Corey Smith, the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, and many others.

Freedom Weekend Aloft

 

Freedom Weekend Aloft is a festival that promotes affordable family fun, hot-air ballooning, patriotism, and tourism in the upstate area, while raising money for local and regional charities.

 

This festival is held every Memorial Day weekend at Heritage Park in Simpsonville (861 S.E. Main Street).

Labor Day Family Fun Festival

 

The Simpsonville Labor Day Family Fun Festival attracts families from across the upstate for a variety of activities over each Labor Day weekend in downtown Simpsonville. This festival features rides, vendors, kids' activities, concerts, and a classic car show among its many festivities.

Simpsonville Arts Foundation, Inc.

 

The Simpsonville Arts Foundation, Inc. (SAFI) provides support to the artists of all genres living and performing in Simpsonville. SAFI plans and hosts an array of concerts, performances, and exhibitions at the Simpsonville Arts Center located at the corner of Academy Street and College Street.
