The Simpsonville Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. The Municipal Court Judge is authorized by the State of South Carolina to preside over traffic infractions and criminal misdemeanors. The Municipal Court schedules arraignments, pre-trial hearings, bond hearings, preliminary hearings, and jury trials.
If you received a citation issued by the City of Simpsonville Police Department, Code Enforcement, or Animal Control for a misdemeanor or criminal offense, traffic infraction, or code violation that occurred in the City limits, your ticket will be filed in the Simpsonville Municipal Court.
Court appearances are held in the court room at 405 E. Curtis Street. The administrative office of the Simpsonville Municipal Court is located at City Hall at 118 N.E. Main Street.
The Honorable Judge Feld is available to receive guilty pleas at City Hall Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Fines paid prior to a scheduled court appearance should be paid at City Hall.
Acceptable forms of payment for fines include cash, certified check, and money order. Debit or credit is only accepted for fines paid at City Hall.
