BUSINESS MEETING

Simpsonville City Council will hold the regularly scheduled business meeting on April 9 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall at 118 N.E. Main St. The agenda and materials for the meeting will be available on the Agendas & Minutes webpage at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Members of the public who qualify may speak for three (3) minutes during Citizen Comments and must sign up to speak no later than 6:20 p.m.

CITY HALL CLOSINGS

Memorial Day - Simpsonville City Hall and other city buildings and facilities will be closed on May 27 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday and reopen May 28 at normal operating hours.

PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Public Hearing before the Simpsonville Planning Commission at Simpsonville City Hall, 118 NE Main St., On May 7th, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following: (1) A Major Change & (2) Master Site Plan review to Fairview Rd Storage ID located at 662 Fairview Rd. (Tax Map # 0332.00-01-002.15), (3) a Master Site Plan review Harrison Park ID located at 563 Harrison Bridge Rd (Tax Map# 0566.02-01-011.00), & (4) a Master Site Plan review for the Yard ID located 210-216 NE Main St (Tax Map# 0315.00-01-002.00 & 0315.00-01-002.00).
