For the curious, Simpsonville encourages self-guided walking tours.  The official tour takes walkers through downtown Simpsonville and includes sights such as the downtown clock tower, which has become a symbol of the city since its construction in 1986.  The tour also includes the oldest brick building in town -- a historic pharmacy built on East Curtis Street in 1886 -- and the Woodside Mill, which served as the economic center of Simpsonville in the early 1900s and features an antique water tower.  Travelers can download a tour brochure below.
