Get ready to share in the celebration of our community’s rich military heritage! Simpsonville’s Flags for Residents Program is the latest means by which the City of Simpsonville is honoring our local heroes, past and present.
Throughout the year, we replace the flags at Veterans Monument on Veterans Corner at Trade Street (as well as other City properties) due to wear, when they are properly disposed of in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.
We are welcoming and encouraging residents to request flags of their choosing via the form on our Military Heritage page.
Residents are also welcome to drop off US flags at the Veterans Monument in a box provided by Eagle Scout Jake DeStefano from Troop 775 of Boy Scouts of America for proper disposal.
