The City of Simpsonville is requesting qualified professional firms and individuals for Engineering Services. The standard of care for professional engineering and related services performed or furnished by the Engineering Firm or individual under this Agreement will be the care and skill ordinarily used by members of the Engineering profession practicing under similar circumstances at the same time and same locality.
