Anyone who is a resident or owns a business inside Simpsonville city limits may participate in the Citizen Comments portion of the meeting by signing up in Council Chambers at least 10Â minutes before the meeting or by 5:50 p.m. An agenda and any accompanying ordinances or resolutions will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Simpsonville Municipal Complex Closed to Public: Due to the safety concern of a suspicious package at the Simpsonville Municipal and South Greenville Summary Court building, the Simpsonville Municipal Complex, including Gracely Park, is closed to the public for the remainder of July 8th. Entrances to the complex at Academy Street and East Curtis Street will be closed to the public until further notice. Any persons who were scheduled for Simpsonville Municipal Court on the morning of July 8th can call Municipal Assistant Clerk of Court at 864-967-9526 ext. 104 and leave a message if the Clerk is does not answer. Facilities closed to the public for the remainder of July 8th are the Arts Center, City Hall, Police Department administration, Municipal and Summary Court buildings, and Fire Department administration.
