Simply Beautiful Cleanup Day '21

The City of Simpsonville is holding its biannual citywide cleanup event on April 10th. Sponsored by Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, the Simpsonville Simply Beautiful Cleanup Day is part of an initiative by the City and its partners to keep Simpsonville litter free and Simply Beautiful.
- Meet in City Park parking lot at 198 Park Drive at 9 a.m. to obtain prepackaged pickup gear from Palmetto Pride, litter "zone" assignment and donuts and bottled water from Habitat for Humanity
- Prepackaged pickup gear includes litter "grabber," bags, gloves and vests
- A waiver provided by Palmetto Pride must be signed before receiving a litter "zone" assignment
- COVID-19 Precautions
- Litter pickup gear is prepackaged
- Volunteers are asked to social distance from other groups
- Mask wearing is encouraged but not mandatory
- Follow all guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention

OUR PARTNERS
The last Simpsonville Simply Beautiful Cleanup Day was in October 2019, when volunteers, Parks & Rec and Public Works staff, corporate partners and City Council members picked up nearly 480 pounds of litter inside the city limits.
